My 1st thought and fairly sure is it’s a lever for a lever-delay blow back. Given the look of it, I’d say San Cristobal carbine. Not the FAMAS rifle.
Kind of going by what looks to be a spec of rust and what looks to be WW2 era design to fit that eras machine tools and other manufacturing methods. But, I have no idea what a lever in a FAMAS looks like.
FWIW, I appreciate you taking the time to add to your website.
Looks like a type of sear I saw once but I have no idea. I just wanted to comment that I like the recent posts. Good job and keep them coming.
Thanks Robert. This is a real hard one this time. I will have a full write up about it tomorrow.
front end of a bolt like maybe an AK?

i did a google image search for the URL of the picture on the top (http://gunlab.net/wp-content/uploads/2014/08/IMG_0251_s.jpg)
the only rezult i got is this webesite http://www.forgottenweapons.com/wp-content/uploads/2011/07/
i got Thumbnail Zoom Plus installed on firefox (https://addons.mozilla.org/nl/firefox/addon/thumbnail-zoom-plus/) so if i put my mouse arrow on the links in the forgottenweapons page they showup in a small window automatically
