The “7’s” on the bolt give it away as European and the small button at the end of charging lever “screams” post war late 40’s.

multiple lugs, rotating bolt, slot for the hammer in ar15 style, cylindrical bolt carrier, serial number on bolt and bolt carrier, massive extractor (right side)…

probably short recoil mechanism.
