It is a bolt assembly for a bullpup of some kind.
bolt and bolt carrier, and it’s belgian
fnc or fn cal ?
bolt and bolt carrier yes, but it isn’t for a fnc, and wasn’t the cal tilting bolt? And the F2000 uses the AR18 system…
Bushmaster M-17?
An AK variant of some sort. Bolt and carrier are obviously AK based.
“and wasn’t the cal tilting bolt?”
no, definitively a rotating bolt.
Chinese QBZ-95
Or it may be from the civilian version sold in Canada, the Type 97A carbine or rifle.
Before I read your post I was thinking experimental AK bullpup but the cocking handle did not match, nor have I ever seen their internals.
I had never seen the QBZ-95 bolt, carrier, & piston either. It makes sense that the QBZ-95 rotating bolt is of AK design.
I knew it was an AK style bolt and carrier but I had never seen a similar layout. I did a Google search and found the QBZ-95 (96, 97) series info. I’ll bet variations of the basic Kalashnikov design will be around for a long time.
A long time for shore! Looks like the Ak-12 has eliminated the majority of shortcomings of the previous AK’s and SAK’s.
Viva la Avtomat Kalashnikova!
