		<description><![CDATA[First They need to create a corporation that hold all of the ownership of all tools used in the production.
Second They need to create a corporation that holds title to their building.
Third They need to create a corporation that rents the building and all of the machine tools.
Forth They need to create a corporation that holds their FFL&#039;s.
Now they need to create a irrevocable Non-profit Trust that holds title to all of the corporations.
This is how I do it. It makes one pretty much bomb proof.

First is that we are running a proof load through every rifle that we make. 
Second we have two rifles that will be put through excessively higher proof loads up to and including blank powder loads until we get a failure, if we get a failure.
Third, all material is certified and all heat treating is being performed by a professional facilitates.
