]]> By: Christopher Brosnahan https://gunlab.net/interesting-video/#comment-2765 Fri, 19 Sep 2014 02:36:32 +0000 http://gunlab.net/?p=1218#comment-2765 The STEN was full auto only and fired from an open bolt…the trouble to design one to fire semi only and from a closed bolt…along with a 16 in’ minimum barrel would make such a project impractical…such a firearm with a barrel of minimum legal length would also be unappealing from a strictly aesthetic POV also…like the FUGLY Uzis with the damn stupid looking 16 in bbl…the STEN would have to be manufactured as a pistol, then SBRed to make it attractive, but the cost of doing so would be, for the majority of folks, impractical.
