His site address is http://firearmshistory.blogspot.com/ this is great site. Generally he only posts a couple of times a month but when he does they are well thought out and very informative. It is well worth the trip and check out his archives. Expect to spend some time there.

Another sheet metal pistol

After my post on Axel’s home made sheet metal pistol I came across another one made by Clinton Westwood. In the following videos produced My Clinton he goes over the process that he went through to make a 25acp pistol from this set of plans.

Part 1 This deals with making the magazine.

Part 5 deals with making the frame web and trigger guard

Clinton has put together a nice set of videos describing his journey and he has made a very nice pistol.

I was doing research on rust bluing for a up coming project that I need t finish when I came across this site. It is not a how to site per say but there is a great deal of interesting information there.

Home made single shot pistol

I am kind of a sucker for single shot pistols and have posted a few on this site. I am also have an interest in home made guns, other gunsmith sites and video’s on making guns. So this post will cover all these topics at one time.

He has come up with an interesting design and a series of videos to build it.

Interesting gunsmith site

Life around Gun Lab has been a little hectic lately. The work on the VG1-5 is progressing and I have a couple of posts about that coming up. However, I came across a really nice site dealing with metal and wood working on guns. This gentleman does some real nice work. You should take some time and check out his site. As for me I have a lot of reading to catch up on at his site. His photograph is excellent as well.
