Mondragon rifle bolt?
Cocking ring for a Swiss 7.5?
Rimfire bolt and recoil spring. No grooves to control rotation. So the hammer of the weapon must stay in the bolt pocket. From some kind of pistol?
First thought was a Swiss K-31 or similar rifle bolt, but on closer inspection it DOES look like a rimfire bolt…but which one…only Ian knows and he ain’t tellin’ until tomorrow…I’ll stay tuned…
CB in FL
The bolt from the M1918 9mm Beretta carbine.
Breach block for Beretta 1918/30. What is the triangled shaped piece on the side of the bolt and toward the front do?
Bolt hold open notch, it is mentioned 10.40 minutes in to Ian’s video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cVcsBQ-lgZU
I knew it was in forgottenweapons sub machine guns list but could not remember what it was called.
It is one stoutly constructed gun, particularly considering the chambering is 9mm Glisenti.
suomi converted for firing from closed bolt ?
