Given the mag catch is in the rear that rules out mp-28/sten type or grease gun mags. Also single position feed for the magazine so its not Beretta, uzi or Swedish K style of magazines. The catch being at the top of the magazine means it would not be a SMG with the mag in the grip and the mag housing can’t be too long. The stamping quality seems very high so I would guess its for a gun like a Jati-Matic or Madsen M50 or something more exotic in the US?
