		<description><![CDATA[I just installed some new lighting in my garage as well, that&#039;s *part* of my garage renewal project!  

I&#039;m working on getting my tools setup again after a couple of years in abeyance due to sailing schedules and such (I&#039;m in the Navy).

So, I have a manual mill (Southbend 10K) an old RF-31 Manual mill, and a few other bits around....what do you consider the most essential tools to have in your shop?
